This written summary will describe your planning options, and will specify the documents that are required to meet your estate planning objectives. The summary will include a written flat fee quote for your estate plan. Your flat fee quite will include preparation of draft estate plan documents and a comprehensive written explanation of your plan, all required meetings, and supervision of document execution. Client costs, such as recording fees payable to the Commonwealth of Massachusetts if real estate is being transferred to Trust as part of the implementation of your estate plan, are also disclosed in writing.
